Free shipping on orders of € 100 or more. Below that, shipping costs € 5.90 (Austria) or € 9.90 (other countries).

As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Returns are free of charge — you'll receive a prepaid return label by email. Get in touch at office@khan.at with your order number — we'll handle the rest. Full details on our returns page.

Once the goods have been received by us, we'll transfer the amount within 14 days to the original payment method.

Generally yes — we follow European standard sizes. For special sizes (e.g. plus sizes), see the size surcharge table in our T&Cs. When in doubt, go a size up — workwear should let you move freely.

Care instructions are on the label of each product. General rule: wash inside out, avoid high temperatures, no fabric softener for functional garments.

We rely on OEKO-TEX® STeP certified production. That means: controlled substance testing, environmentally sound processes, socially responsible working conditions. Perfection takes time — but we're working on it.
